Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, freezer rooms, ice plants, display cases, and blast freezers. Duties include installing refrigeration piping, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical control systems; conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and replacing defective components. Also responsible for testing glycol systems, cleaning and servicing equipment, calibrating systems, operating tools safely, and ensuring all refrigeration equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and oversee HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects, including load calculations, technical drawings, cost estimates, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The role also involves conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, improving energy efficiency, and providing technical guidance to technicians while coordinating with project teams. The position is based at the Nadi Head Office and requires strong HVAC design knowledge, proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience with VRF/VRV systems, chill water systems, and leading HVAC brands.
